Regular Cleaning - Once off

2hours and 30mins once off services limited to mopping/ sweeping of floors, vacuuming of carpets, making of beds, wiping only surfaces (no ornaments) of dust – such as kitchen counter tops, tables, coffee tables, bedside tables, general cleaning of bathrooms/ toilets/ showers.

Once Off includes:

Note: No pressure washing of patio’s/ terraces/ balconies.

Note: No window cleaning.

Note: No cleaning of insides cupboards or inside kitchen appliances.

Regular Cleaning - 1x Weekly or 2x Weekly

2hours and 30mins per week services limited to mopping/ sweeping of floors, vacuuming of carpets, making of beds, wiping only surfaces (no ornaments) of dust – such as kitchen counter tops, tables, coffee tables, bedside tables, general cleaning of bathrooms/ toilets/ showers.

1x Weekly includes:

Note: No pressure washing of patio’s/ terraces/ balconies.

Note: No window cleaning.

Note: No cleaning of insides cupboards or inside kitchen appliances.

2x Weekly includes:

Note: 1x per 8x sessions pressure washing of 1x patio/ terrace/ balcony included.

Note: 1x per 8x sessions window cleaning included. Only windows that are accessible by standard ladder will be cleaned. Any window that requires special safety equipment and/or harnesses to access will not be cleaned.

Note: 1x per 8x sessions cleaning of insides cupboards or inside kitchen appliances included

Deep Cleaning

6-8hour services limited to: mopping/ sweeping of floors, vacuuming of carpets, making of beds, wiping of wooden furniture, wiping of surfaces such as kitchen counter tops, tables, coffee tables, bedside tables and dusting display items such as ornaments etc., general cleaning of bathrooms/ toilets/ showers, cleaning of windows, window sills, cleaning dust inside kitchen/linen cupboards, cleaning inside fridge/ oven/ hob/ microwave, 1x pressure washing of 1x patio/ terrace/ balcony included.

Deep Cleaning includes:

Note: Only windows that are accessible by standard ladder will be cleaned. Any window that requires special safety equipment and/or harnesses to access will not be cleaned.

Note: Additional patios are charged as extra, it is your responsibility to communicate to us if you have more than one patio.

Note: Does not include: the removal of cement from all glass panes, removal of cement splatter from all door panels, windowsill, removal of possible cement splatter on walls/shower tiles.

Note: This does not include removal of left over building rubble/cement heaps/sand heaps/cement bags/paint buckets/tools ladders etc., - the team is instructed to clean around these items.

Post Construction - Deep Cleaning

8-14hour services spread over 2days. Limited to mopping/ sweeping of floors, vacuuming of carpets (if applicable), making of beds (if applicable), wiping of wooden furniture (if applicable), wiping of surfaces such as kitchen counter tops, tables, coffee tables, bedside tables and dusting display items such as ornaments etc. (if applicable), general cleaning of bathrooms/ toilets/ showers, cleaning of windows, window sills, cleaning dust inside kitchen/linen cupboards, cleaning inside fridge/ oven/ hob/ microwave (if applicable), the removal of cement from all glass panes, removal of cement splatter from all door panels, window sill, removal of possible cement splatter on walls/shower tiles, 1x pressure washing of 1x patio/ terrace/ balcony included.
